The service
The site provides free, browser-based puzzle games (currently Sudoku, Minesweeper, and 2048). The games run entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, subscriptions, or in-game purchases.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the site in ways that degrade service for other visitors.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source for redistribution as a competing product. (The code is available on the project's public repository under its own licence — please use that instead.)
- Embed the games in another site without attribution.
- Use the site to distribute malware, perform attacks, or otherwise act unlawfully.
Ads
The site displays advertising through Google AdSense to remain free. We do not control the specific ads shown — that is determined by the ad network and your settings. If you see an ad that violates Google's policies, please report it through the AdChoices link associated with the ad.
Availability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from bugs, or that game state will be preserved across updates. Game progress is stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear browser data.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, its authors, and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost game progress, lost time, or damages from third-party advertising content.
Intellectual property
The names "Sudoku", "Minesweeper", and "2048" describe public game concepts and are not trademarks of the site. The implementation, design, and code on this site are the work of its authors. Original code is published in the project's public repository under an open licence — see the repo for details.
Privacy
Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
